Using CrXted
To use CrXted, you must:

CrXted reserves the right to refuse service or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Fundraising Campaigns
Users who create campaigns are responsible for:
• The accuracy of the information they provide
• How funds are used after they are collected
• Communicating truthfully with supporters
CrXted is a platform provider. We do not guarantee campaign results and are not responsible for how organizers use the funds they raise.
Fees and Profit Sharing
CrXted may charge service fees or transaction fees as shown on our website. Any profit sharing or payout amounts will be clearly displayed before you launch a campaign.
Payments and Withdrawals
All payments are processed by third party payment providers. By making or receiving payments, you agree to their terms as well. CrXted does not store full payment details.
Withdrawals may require identity verification to comply with financial regulations.
User Content
When you upload content to CrXted, you grant us permission to display, share, and use it for the operation of your fundraising campaign. You must own the rights to the content you post.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• Misrepresent campaigns
• Use CrXted for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Post harmful, abusive, or copyrighted materials without permission
• Collect personal data from others without consent
Platform Availability
We work to keep the platform running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. CrXted is not liable for losses resulting from downtime, errors, or delays.
Limitation of Liability
CrXted is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:
• Loss of funds due to organizer misuse
• Third party payment failures
• User error or unauthorized account access
• Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
