No refunds will be made on custom items, unless the mistake was made by crXted, in which case, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify crXted of the mistake.
For item(s) that are not custom, the item(s) must be in the exact condition of when it was sent to you. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item. Shipping and return cost are the responsibility of the buyer and NOT crXted. Refunds typically take 7-10 days to process after the item has been inspected or received. Refunds will NOT be issued if the items is not returned in the same condition.
