Frequently Asked Questions

My items haven't shipped.

Our items are custom and handmade. Typically, we have a turn around time of two to three business days (Monday-Friday). We also observe federal holidays in the United States, which can add time to your order.

Keep up with your order status on your confirmation email. If you have any questions, please email info@crxted.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

I put the wrong name on my custom item(s).

If your item(s) has not been made and shipped, we can correct the issue. Just email us as soon as possible to see where we are in production with your item. Be sure to include the order number, first and last name of customer, address, and email address of the order. This information is used to verify that you are allowed to make changes to the order.

You must also email us from the account that placed the order. If you do not, we cannot change the order for you.

Return & Refund Policy

Items that have custom personalizations are NOT refundable or returnable.

Within 15 days of receiving the items that do not have custom personalizations on them, can be refunded and returned, however, are subject to a restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping the entire product back in tact with all accessories that may have come with the item.

You must use a service that provides you and me a tracking number. We will not be responsible for items that get lost in transit and will not refund you money for product that is not returned.

Items returned will be inspected and a refund will be granted if the item returned is acceptable. Items that have damage, or missing items will not be refunded.

I have a design in mind, but don't know where to start.

That's our specialty! If you have a design or something in mind, let us know! We can print or design just about anything and LOVE custom orders. For custom orders, we require payment up front.

If it is a bulk order, we can pay by invoice and purchase order, but just let us know and we will work with on the terms.
